General warranty rules
QUANTANIUM SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Augustyna Szamarzewskiego 31/19, 60-551 POZNAŃ,, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor, guarantees the correct and failure-free operation of the product throughout the warranty period.
2.The warranty period is specified on the first page of the Warranty Card and is counted from the date of delivery of the product to the Buyer.
3.The territorial scope of the warranty protection covers the territory of the Republic of Poland.
4.The guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Purchaser resulting from the warranty for product defects.
5.In order to take advantage of the warranty, the following should be delivered to the Guarantors service: (1) the defective product, (2) if possible - a copy of the proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or invoice), and (3) if possible - a completed complaint form available at: quantasklep.com.

6.The guarantor will inform the Buyer about the method of considering the warranty claim (i.e. its recognition or refusal) within 14 days of receiving the product. If the Guarantor recognizes the legitimacy of the complaint, the defect of the product will be removed by the Guarantor within 14 days from the date of informing the Buyer about the validity of the complaint. The guarantor decides on the method of removing the product defect. taking into account, if possible, the request of the Purchaser made in the complaint form. If the removal of defects due to the degree of difficulty requires a lot of work or additional activities, this period may be extended, and the Guarantor will make every effort to repair it as soon as possible.
7.If the complaint is considered justified, the Guarantor covers the costs of delivering the defective product to the Guarantors service and the costs of delivering the repaired or replaced product to the Buyer.
8.The Guarantors liability covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the product.
9.Applies to: vehicles, motors, parts, batteries, accumulators and products containing batteries / accumulators. In the event of a decrease in the capacity of the battery, the basis for the warranty may be the reduction of the capacity of the battery below 80% of the nominal value.
10.The warranty does not cover the product:
- with a broken guarantee seal; - damaged by external factors (damage caused by lightning, overvoltages in the LV installation and the power supply network, flooding, fire, deliberate mechanical and thermal damage, etc.); - damaged as a result of improper or inconsistent with the operating instructions; - damaged due to improper connection of other peripheral devices; - with traces of unauthorized repairs, unauthorized modifications or design changes.
